1. 如欲放棄座位，請及早通知系辦。
If you would like to give up your seat, please inform IB Dept. Office ASAP.

2. 如有空位，系辦將個別通知備取同學。
If there are available seat, we will individually notify the waitlisted student.

3. 國際學生如同時獲得國企系及國際處座位，僅可保留其中一邊的座位。
If international student got seats from both IB and International Office, they can only keep the seat from one side.

4.此座位限畢業生入座，親友可以直接到會場入場，畢業典禮會場提供座位，開放親友自由入座。座位為先到先得，建議及早入場。
The seats are only for students. Students’ friends and relatives can enter the ceremony venue directly. There will be seats open for people to take a seat freely. The seats are first come, first get. So it’s better to come early.

5.本座位不需要先領入場券。待日期較接近，系辦會再通知集合時間及地點。
Entry pass is not needed. IB Dept. will inform notify you of the meeting time and location closer to the date.
